Our training grows churches

We recently received a letter from a Southern Baptist Associational Missionary detailing the results enjoyed by the churches whose pastors attended one of our training camps. The results speak for themselves.
"As you know, the Association of churches I care for hosted your training camp in April of 2018, and I wanted to document some of the immediate and long-term impacts of that experience on both the pastors and their churches. These numbers are all with the same pastor on board in each situation.
A new church's experience
A relatively new church (4 years old), focused on giving away food to the poor and destitute, was only running 18 in worship attendance back in 2017 when their very "hands-on," bi-vocational pastor chose to be a part of our TurnAround Pastors Bootcamp in April of 2018. Their worship attendance then soared 94% (almost doubled) to 35 in the next four years (and has since maintained that growth)! They are now seeking to add a Spanish language option for their congregants.

A pastor nearing retirement
Another church in my Association was running at 45% in worship attendance back in 2017 when their elder pastor (already of retirement age) participated in the TurnAround Pastor Bootcamp in April 2018. As a result, their worship attendance grew 56% to 70 within three years.
A bi-vocational pastor in his first pastorate
Yet another church I care for was running at 75 in worship attendance back in 2017 when their newly minted, bi-vocational pastor participated in our TurnAround Pastor Bootcamp in April 2018. Their worship attendance soared almost 60% (from 75 to 119) over the next six years. They have just completed a brand-new 6,250-square-foot fellowship hall!

A new, fresh pastor
In 2017, another church was running 100 in worship attendance. Once their new pastor (a "go-getter") accepted the church's call, he chose to participate in the April 2018 training. As a result, their church grew 513% (from 100 to 513 in attendance) over the next five years!
An established pastor with a declining track record
Sad to say, the training didn't help in one church's case. Their pastor participated in the 2018 training camp along with the others I've already mentioned. The church had been in decline for the previous seven years, with a decrease in attendance from 225 to 108 in 2017. Over the next three years, the church stopped declining and even managed to grow, increasing its average attendance by 1.9% to 110.
It will work for your church as well!
The Advanced Pastoral Network's training program, which is tailored to suit the unique needs of each pastor, has a proven track record of training pastors how to lead churches into new growth.
