Jim Roden, D.Min, M.Div

Jim has been in vocational ministry for over three decades and has served as the Lead Pastor of Journey Church Tucson since 2009. He is passionate about expanding the Church of Jesus Christ through church revitalization, church health, and inclusive disability ministry. He has a doctoral degree from Biola’s Talbot School of Theology in Growing and Multiplying Churches in North America. Jim cares deeply for pastors and has a burden to help them be successful in pastoral leadership. He is a certified Birkman Professional, a trainer and coach in pastoral leadership, and the Vice President of Advanced Pastoral Network. He is also a leading expert on the relationship between disability ministry on church health. He and his wife Stacy are the parents of four and the grandparents of four.
